    Dot
    2007-2020

Our beloved mini-schnauzer, who had a wonderful sense of humor and a strong streak of stubborness! We signed Dot up for dog classes with Glenn and Judy after this 17 pound of mischief pulled my elderly mother-in-law so hard while on her leash, that my MIL fell and hurt herself! She was something else (Dot, not my MIL): she barked straight through the first 45 minutes of her first class. The next week when we arrived, someone said to me as they were leaving the earlier class, "Oh, this is Dot! We heard about her!" Glenn, of course, worked his wonders, and Dot ended up being a lovable dog who behaved better than we ever thought she could. She had many happy years in doggie day care, which she could not have gone to if she was as bad-behaved as she was when Glenn first met her. And when I started working from home, Dot was able to stay outdoors in the back yard for hours without driving neighbors crazy with incessent barking. Thank you Glenn and Judy for giving us the tools to have a happy, well-adjusted, and socially acceptable dog.
